With every Ralph's store purchase our club will receive money when your registered Ralph's Club card is used (please ask your friends and family to register too!). It is free and easy to register your card!
To do so have your club card handy and go to www.ralphs.com, select community contribution, then click on Sign Up under the Participant section. You will then need to complete a brief form with your club card number and PHMOTT's "NPO" number, which is 83628. Click Submit and every time you use your club card at Ralph's, Ralph's will donate a percentage of all monies spent back to PHMOTT!

The purpose of the Southern California Mothers of Twins Clubs is to unite mothers of twins clubs in Southern California to share procedures, ideas, educational information; encourage their membership in the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs, Inc.; to assist in forming new clubs and to cooperate with medical and educational researchers. This organization shall be non-profit, non-sectarian and non-commercial.

To enroll please do the following: (1) Go to www.albertsons.com (2) In the top right hand corner, click on "Register". Register yourself and your Albertsons Preferred card as an online user. (Note: If you've already registered online you can skip this step and continue on to step 4.) You must have your Preferred card with you to do this. (3) Enter all of your personal information, create a username and password and then enter your Preferred card number (located on the back of the card) as well as the phone number that it's linked to. Hit Continue to verify your home address and your preferences. When you're registered, click on the "Start Shopping" and you'll be redirected back to the home page. (4) From the Albertsons.com home page, click on "In the Community" tab (bottom right in the blue bar) (5) Click on the "Community Partners" link (right hand side just under the picture) (6) Click on the link that says: "Shoppers login or register with your Preferred Savings Card first." (7) It will ask you to login to your account by entering your Preferred Card number and the phone number linked to the account. Click Login. (8) At the next screen click on the big pencil that says "Sign Me Up" (9) Enter our Community Partners Card number is: 49001017583 and click "Add A Partner". (10) You're Done! The next screen will confirm your request and ask what percentage of your community support earnings you want to go to "Pomerado Hospital Mothers of Twins". You can now click on the "Exit" link on the right hand side.
